My guinea started laying eggs yesterday. I have had her penned in with the chickens so I knew when she started and I found an egg in the next box yesterday!! I only have 1 hen and this will be my first full season with guineas as I got them late last fall, just in time for her to make 1 nest and I hatched those but non survived. I have 4 pieds, 3 males and 1 female so I NEED more hens! Out of the ones I hatched I got 3 whites, 3 pieds, 4 pearls and 2 lighter ones, maybe lavender?? Can't wait to see what I get this time!
