I have mostly brown layers and have been waiting so very patiently for my Easter eggers to start laying. I’ve been getting pullet eggs from my slw and Turkens lately but wasn’t seeing any blue eggs. It was starting to make me worry my girls weren’t going to lay special eggs. I even did a pelvic check on one EE yesterday and she was two finger withs. That made me sad thinking she must be laying brown eggs. 
Then.... I checked the nest boxes today and saw this!
I’m not sure who laid it, but our other EE(pictured) was getting ready to lay her first egg too!
Here it is! A beautiful little butt nugget!
