My eggs cam in at 3:30pm

When is it safe for them to go in the bator?

BTW: All 15 made it safe and sound. My fave mail lady brought them

Let them sit out and come up to room temps and I'd say by 10:30 or 11 p.m., they can go in.

my new hygrometer is weird. floor level in bator it said 97.5F and humidity was 60%. i put it on top of eggs and it went up to 100.7F and humidity was 54%

That's because at floor level, where the water is, the humidity would be slightly higher. Same with temps. Heat rises, so at the top of the bator, temps could be slightly higher.

I think my hygrometer is way off. I had it at 60% and it was raining in the bator. Guess I need a new one.

Is there any way I can tape it up to the side of the bator?

Not sure about taping it, but people have done it. You dont want to cover anything that has to do with the sensor.
