Finding a chicken processor

Does any one know of a processor in the Yavapai County area (Arizona) or how I might go about finding one?

I'm having some difficulty finding one. I thought the people at the feed store would know but they were clueless and the searches I tried on Google were fruitless.

Any help would be appreciated I am trying to plan for the Spring.

I called the extension office on Friday and the Agriculture and food safety lady was out until Monday.
