I have read many posts where chicken owners are looking for qualified medical intervention and can not find a veterinarian that will accept "livestock". ALL avian veterinarians are qualified to see your birds and will accept them as patients. Call around to check whether the practice has an avian vet on staff BEFORE you need their services!
