Well I'm sure it's not against any laws if something comes along and kills your bird and drags it onto someone else's property.

I wouldn't be cleaning them up. I would be showing (relevent authority) photos. Dead things are a health hazard. And for that there will be a law.

I'm retired police.

I did not mean to go in there and report it. I meant, go in there like sincerely looking for a way to end it. Then when questions get asked, oops, have to tell!
