Maybe an Ayam Cemani cross. But he is stunning.

I figured he has ayam cemani in him but I wonder if he has some sort of gamefowl in him as well?

Yes, I had him on a chicken harness but he escaped. So, now I have him on a leash. I want him to get used to me picking him up

I first shouldve mentioned that I leash him up ONLY for a couple of hours daily. He shares a pen with another chicken which I was told was a onagadori?
