Hello all,
I live in the Finger Lakes area of NY, was just wondering if anyone else is nearby. I currently have a pretty productive flock of 5 girls that keep us in eggs. I have a few friends that live nearby in Geneva, NY that are trying to get chicken keeping legal in the city. So if anyone lives in Geneva, the vote is going before the city council soon so if you are interested you should attend the city council meeting or write a letter of support. It got shot down last year because of the same BS misconceptions that chickens stick, are dirty and diseased ridden. So any support that you can show will definitely help the people in Geneva trying to keep chickens.
