Fingers crossed...Russian Orloff roo or pullet?

I posted pics of these same Russian Orloffs 3-4 weeks ago. It was suggested I try again in a couple of weeks. I’m losing hope that one is a pullet. The bird in the first 2 pics—solid bearded/muffed—is obviously a roo, but the other (spangled)? I’m afraid I’m seeing saddle and hackle feathers. But it is finer and less stocky than the roo. If they’re both roos, my last straight run auction purchase resulted in 10 roos and only 2 pullets. Coincidence? Really?

I'm not experienced with Orloffs, so someone please feel free to correct.....that looks like a pullet to me. The plumage is curved, but not pointed, as far as I can tell.
