Finished my first Coop...Now I just need Chickens

4x8 run and a 4x4 house House is 35" tall and run is 36" tall. 20" under the house

the 4x8 run includes thespace under the coop or is it 12' in total?

no that space is included. I gave them 20" of head space under there

what is the total hight. Sorry for the 100000questions but this is exactly what i want to build. mind if i ask what the cost to build was?
