Wow, looking great! And it's nice you have a range of weights because sometimes you need a bigger or smaller chicken depending on what you're cooking. Looks like a great harvest to me.

We process ours next weekend. I hope our result is as good as yours.

I think if I stayed with my processing date of 8 weeks I would have made my target 5 to 5 1/2 pounds dressed weight.
