Chicks are inside. Last night was the first night the chickens were in it. Already got a tom cat on the trail camera.
A cubic yard of sand and the fencing were the last things done. The fencing is pretty stout stuff. 16 gauge welded wire. All of it is one inch except for one 12' x 3' row of half-inch fencing along the back side facing the woods to give them a place to go if 'coons are trying to reach in. But then, I think they'd be in the henhouse when the 'coons are out...
