Finishing Food for Egg Layers

We were given some finishing food leftover from the school's chicken raising project. Would it be okay to feed the finishing food to our egg layers?

Sure. If it isn't moldy or rancid, it would be fine. It is likely low on protein and limited on calcium. Blend it, or feed just a portion every other day until it's gone.
