Fire ants in feeder

I have some fire ants in my turkey feeder it's a rubbermaid tote with a Rent a coop feed port in it. It's not alot but I wanna get it under control before it gets bad. Would a quick spray or roach and ant spray hurt.

The fire ants will hurt the chickens, but so will sprays and powders in/by their feed.

If there aren't a lot, I would let the turkeys deal with them.

I recommend finding the source of the ants and poisoning their hill.

There's not alot but im in south Alabama we're being flooded every evening so their moving to the dry area. Ill keep an eye on em make sure it's not getting worse
