Calling all firefighters!

Whether active, retired, volunteer or paid, let's have fun meeting other firefighters who own chickens!

Question #1: What is you're favorite part about being a firefighter?

Question #2: What made you want to get chickens, and how many do you have?

I hope this turns out fun for everyone, and I'm excited to meet firefighters who love chickens!

By the way, I am a volunteer firefighter. My favorite part about being a firefighter is being able to help people in need and comfort them when they are going through something terrible.
I wanted to get chickens because chickens are awesome! LOL. Right now I have 3 hens and love to give them a hug every day when I'm not away at college.
