Well, The RIR pullet has been laying for a week now. Missed one day, these eggs are small....ok maybe med size.
BUT....Yesterday we got our first 2 green eggs.
Can a new pullet lay 2 eggs in a row? B/c I saw her coming out and found the egg and then i saw her again come out and there was another egg, but I didn't see who went in B4 her, if anyone.
I didn't take a pic of our RIR but i've got one of my greenie layer....
The first green one on left. And the white one on top is from the store.
Andhere she is that layed that first egg....good girl...
My older boy, Chris, came last night and took all of the fresh eggs, he going to call and tell me if the green eggs are double or triple yokers.
