My personal chicken first-aid kit isn't quite that large, but includes:
-Save a chick electrolytes
-Antibiotics for bad injuries
-Wound spray
-Corid
-Dewormer
-Small syringes/droppers for administering medicine and water
-A dog crate and heat lamp in case I need to separate a weak/sick/injured chicken

I don’t have a specific kit but I have boxes of supplies, including wound flush saline, Vetericyn, ichthammol, bandaging materials, oxytetracycline injectable, etc.
