First baby chicks! ;D

I'm getting my first batch of baby chicks on the 8th, and in preparation I've basically decided to follow the instructions on this site http://www.fresheggsdaily.com/2012/01/chicks-are-coming.html?m=1 which seems incredibly intuitive!

I thought I should make this thread in case I have random questions, wanna talk about other peoples experiences, or if anyone wants to follow along with my adventure. I'm pretty excited! Any comments or suggestions are welcome!

They will be in a room with a rather bright red/blue LED grow light, I don't imagine this could have a big impact on the chicks, but I'm not positive about it?

Use a red light. Wounds don't show under red light, so the chicks won't peck each other to death. They can be pretty brutal sometimes!
