Often times that's the way it is. One will hatch out pretty quickly but the others will too. They just need a little more time. I have a hatch due soon and putting the last of the eggs for hatching this year in the incubator today. Good luck with your hatch...

Thank you! I just feel bad for the one who is hatched...: it’s lively and moving around but I don’t want to open the incubator to get it... will it be ok in there for 24 hours?

I have done that too and it was ok. When another one of the eggs you said have pipped and hatches then take them both out. If you have pips they may hatch out today. Again, good luck with your hatch and have fun...

Is this your first hatch? :jumpy
Yes - we have only had broody hens hatch eggs for us before. We tried last year during quarantine and it was a failure... nothing pipped at all, which I now know is because I didn’t raise the humidity. We did not make that mistake this time
