Up to 5 years ago we had a large herd of chickens, guineas, geese and ducks. We bought a house and most of our animals were killed by predators or because they thought they needed to get to to the other side of the highway because the grass is always greener on the other side.[IMG]

Recently I lost my job and broke my hip so now I am healing and unemployed we have made improvements to the pen so starting back up.

I have 3 incubators full of chicken eggs going right now and 1 incubator of duck eggs. The first group of eggs are due to hatch tomorrow and I already have 2 babies out! I am so excited to be back in the game and look forward to being at home to enjoy it even more. I also have another 15 duck eggs waiting for one of my incubators and have 48 meat chickens out in the barn growing bigger and getting closer.

Going to be a full house for awhile and I am having a blast.
