First Bourbon Red hatched now what??

I have 7 other eggs in the bator 2 others have pipped. How long can I leave first guy in the bator without opening? He is playing soccer with the other eggs but that is ok right?

They are fine for the first 48 hours, they live off of their egg sack which is absorbed during this time.

not for me I don't want those other eggs moved at all. once the poult(in the egg) get set in one place, I don't want it moved I use popcycle sticks or rubber bands to stop them from moving one little poult running around can mess up a bunch of others! chock blocks tom!!!
