Went to check on her today and she was in the wrong box so I picked her up and there was a brand new baby YAY...I was so worried because it has been cold and raining...I am so happy

Thank you, I was so excited, like I gave birth...I think I called everyone I know. I brought the mommy and her chick and the rest of her eggs indoors and put them in the the brooder. it has been really cold and rainy here in Northern California, plus I was worried about my other hens and rooster trying to hurt the chick. They seem to be doing fine, she is sitting on the other eggs so hopefully I will get another baby. We shall see.
