I have my first... well second? broody hen!!! One of my polish girls went broody last night so I got some fertile EE eggs and when I went to give them to her, my delaware pullet had stolen the nest! I don't know if the polish has given up on the idea already,I put the infertile eggs she started with in another box but she hasn't gone back to them, but Lucy is tighly planted on those eggs. I am so excited! I incubator hatch all of the time but this is new for me!
