I set 11 eggs and I candled today after 5 days. Three have clearly veined, one is cracked - visible under the light, five I'm just not sure about, and two have what appear to be bubbles that rise to the top of the egg when rotated - like oil rising when placed in water... What is the bubble? Are the eggs viable?

Hi! If they were shipped, it's possible the air cell got knocked way out-of-whack.
I had one a little while back (during a spell when temps barely rose above freezing all day) and the air cell was full of bubbles, but they didn't move around in the egg. Here's the link to that . Someone said it was bacteria.
At any rate, I'd say the egg is non-viable.
Good luck with the rest!

I don't candle until 8-10 days. I'd toss the cracked one, but wait and candle the others in a few more days, just in case.
