First chick has hatched

Chick number 5 just came into the world.

I will take pics and post as soon as they are all hatched. I dont want to open it and mess up the humidity and it will be hard to get a pic without opening it because it is a homemade incubator and its hard to see down in it.

VERY VERY COOL!!!!! wish ours were being this fast... but then again, it is a first time for our farm and the chickies...

Just woke up to the sound of 11 chicks and number 12 trying to get out.

I'm so excited for you! I'm just waiting on eggs to start my first incubation. What bator are you using and are you using "dry" method? Sounds like a success, whatever you did!
