First Chick Hatched! and is knocking into other eggs....is that ok???

I just had my first chick hatch(pics to come), and it is moving around all over and knocking into the other eggs.....is that ok or is their something I need to do??? Thanks!

Yes its fine, they all do it. It sometimes seems to help the others hatch faster for some reason. Its also cute when they curl up around the other eggs and go to sleep.

Sorry just saw this added question. They are suppose to pip at the top (kinda on the side). I have had them pip on the bottom to though and had no problems. They can drown pipping in the bottom, but nothing you can do about it.
