I have 16 eggs under an Aseel broody and half of them are Wheaton Marans x Buff cochin mix and other half are Wheaton Marans x mixed rooster mix. Here is the first chick. He is from the Buff Cochin and he is so much bigger than I expected. But he/she is so cute . He pipped sometime in the early morning then I checked on 2pm and nothing more then checked on 3pm and he was already hatched. With 1 hour he was fully dry.
