Well.. After about eight months of planning, the chicks are finally home.

This site has helped so much along the way... So thanks to everyone for the wealth of information you provide

The least I can do in return is post a couple of pics.

We settled on four chicks: 1 barred plymouth rock (Betty), 2 Easter Eggers (Bellina and Kelda), and 1 Welsummer (Alice).
All are well so far, and beginning to show their individual personalities.

Here's where they live for now:

This is the only decent chick picture I gotten thus far, Alice the Welsummer:

Good for you WayOut!

Are you enjoying your chicks? How did you choose them? It's just amazing to have baby chicks- you can just about watch them grow and develop.

Learning and planning for 8 months- good for you. Watch are your goals in having chickens?

Robinnita- Good for you too! Same questions

What kind of chicks do you have?
