First chixk hatched ever

Don't rushing taking it out, remove it when it is dry and stable. People have different methods, some people will add a piece of wet, warm paper towel to the incubator at the same time they are snatching the chick out to compensate for the lost humidity. Congratulations!
 
I always wait until the hatchlings are mostly dry, then put them in the brooder under a heat lamp. If I grab it quickly, and replace the lid quickly, the humidity level isn't affected enough to make a difference. But, yeah, if you are worried you can place a wet sponge in there as you're removing the new chick.

It's still in the incubator the other ones hatching so ill wait till it comes out and put them in brooder
