Well it's been quite an adventure. I was planning on getting chicken for a while with a really small tractor coop for a pair of chicken. But looking at this site idea came rushing trough my mind. Last week I decided to build just a bit bigger. I had one week to build the coop before the arrival of my 3 new tennants. The race was on! Welll i did it, and when the chicks arrived on friday they had at least and all fenced in run and a coop, without any roost inside or any dedicated space to lay their eggs. So I continued my build with the girls staring at me like I was a mad man! 36 hours later evrything is finish! except a coat of paint on the underside of the roof........now I still have a lot to lurn on how to raise chicken, but eager to learn. Thanks for all your help and idea, from an interested lurker and first time poster!
