First Coop ready for tenants....

$500 and about a month later finally finished the coop. Wish I would have found this site sooner might have saved me some money. But regardless here is the finished product minus a few pieces of trim and some storm shudders.

Thanks for the compliments, Im located in New Braunfels, Tx and this coop was defiantly a bit more work than i intended. But i had some help from some good friends, who i bribed with some fresh eggs as soon as i get some:D. I ordered 4 sex-link pullets that are a mix between rhode island reds and i believe the guy at the co-op said white leghorns though i could be wrong. I also would like to get some babies i was leaning toward plymouth rocks for these and i'm undecided on a rooster though i would like to have a little bantum running around. I do plan to eventually add a run but until then I'm going to try the free range route.
