First day of my chickens

Very good morning to all
I have finally brought my first 4 chickens home
They have come a bit stressed because they had just arrived at the pet store and then the trip to their "new home".
I have taken them out of the box where they came from and I have left them in the closed hen house so that they get used to their new home, but I have a question, do they have to spend a few days without going outside to run for them to adapt?
I am afraid of letting them out and that at night they will not want, or do not know, to enter the henhouse and have to take them to put them in and they will become stressed again. What do you recommend me to do?

Do you have an enclosed run for them?

If they have an enclosed run you can probably let them out right away, but may have to help them find their way back inside for the night for a few days until they get used to thinking of the coop as their new home.

Thank you very much for responding so quickly.
They have a fenced area of about 20 square meters to graze or hunt bugs. It would be inhumane to have the animals in a small and closed place.
