Different brown egg laying breeds have white options, usually along with other possible colors.

Barnevelder, Chantecler, Cochin, Cornish, Jersey Giant, Rocks, Rhode Island, and Wyandotte to name a few. And, of course, you can have mixed breeds.

White Rocks, Rhode Island Whites, and White Jersey Giants all lay brown eggs.
