First duck eggs

Our ducks have just started laying. How long do we have to wait till we can incubate please? Can’t find any information

There's only one way to know for sure. Toss some in the incubator and see if they start develop.

You want to wait until their systems get regular. I would wait about a month. First eggs can be too small or sometimes double yolked. And won't hatch properly. So ring in the new year with an incubator!
