Don't cover her with wet paper towels or anything just leave her be, let her finish her job. She needs to kick that shell off so don't attempt to pull her out. As long as her head it out, that's all she would need from you.

Keep wetting the outside of her membrane every three hours. If that dries up it will stick to her and trying to get it unstuck causes a lot of pain..
