First Egg After Molting - YAY! :)

Hello everyone,

I am VERY happy to announce that my chickens laid their first egg after molting. It was Kiwi, one of my Buff Orpington's. She's always been a great layer.
The egg is so pretty! Should I eat it or is it not good to eat the first egg after molting.

Lucky you. I'm still waiting for my first egg to appear.
My first to molt feathered out last week in December.
My last to molt laid her last egg January 22.
Craving that first egg in CT. GC

Looks like an egg to me, congrats, and yes you should be able to eat it....
