First egg but...

Our alcoun laid her first egg today. But it hit the porch so hard it cracked. I can see in the egg but the membrane hasnt broken. Is it safe to eat or no? TIA

How long was it out there? I have had he kids crack an egg bringing it to the house. So far nothing has been leaking out so I just put it in the fridge instead of on the skelter and eat it in the next day or so. They have seemed fine to me.

We grabbed it literally minutes after laying. Its our first egg and we have been hovering over these girls the past few days
