first egg...eaten

We got our first egg today!!! Been waiting since last July, and one of my two blue andalusians finally laid an egg.
ALL WE FOUND WAS THE EMPTY, HALF SHREDDED SHELL. AAAAAAHHHHHHH!
I'm thinking stew pot, but I don't even know which one to stew.

Any hope of getting any whole eggs from these ladies? Any advice?
