First egg ever!

I've been waiting, semi-patiently, since I got my first two pullets in July. Got a third one last month. Today when I got home from work, there was my first egg, in the nesting box, right next to the golf ball, no less! Am I proud or what??? Now I want more chickens!

I think my white Delaware is the producer! There was a white feather, ahem, "attached" to the egg!

wow that's a big egg for being the first! My first egg didn't even tip the egg scale. Neither did the second, or third, or fourth.
