First egg finally came today! But do I eat it?!

Don't think I'm crazy for asking, surely someone else has also had these thoughts? But, do I eat it? Do I just crack it open and checkout the inside? Do I leave it in the nest and see if she's gonna sit on it? Lol I've been so excited about this day for months, and all along planned to eat the first egg! But now that I've got this first little egg, I'm unsure exactly what to do with it Lol what did y'all do with your first egg from your chickens?

Wonderful! Very tiny eggs generally have unformed yolks, and aren't really edible.
You can't bronze it, but you could blow it out and color it! It's a very expensive item, after all...

I mean, good point because this egg is very tiny...... Lol but I'm so anxious to see what's in there. Not like I've never seen an egg, but never my own chickens egg! Lol

My first egg from my first pullet we just blew it out and saved it, it was just too cute to eat! Lol so small! It looked pretty normal inside though!
