First Egg from chick that almost died when young

Like the title says we got our first egg from one of our Rhode Island Reds, Stephanie (she is in my profile picture). She had pasty butt when we got her and almost died due to inexperience on my part. I named her Stephanie after the owner of the YouTube video that helped me keep her alive.
Stephanie decided she wanted to live and 18 weeks later she has been our only layer out of 5 so far. She's such a champ.
