First egg from my marans!

At last, Coco, my lavender/self-blue marans, has laid. This lady is ~23-24 weeks old, so she took her sweet time. She laid twice this weekend. It's pullet-sized, but that's ok (next to an isbar's for size comparison) Happy!

Lavender/Self Blue Marans, eh? Never heard of that color variety before. I'm a sucker for all things Marans.
