first egg hatched-should I adjust humidity?

my first chick is out, and this raised the humidity to 88%, should I take out the red plug in my incubator to lower the humidity for the other eggs?

I usually pull it out as soon as the first one hatches. It does help to lower the humidity, but more importantly, it allows some fresh air intake for the newly hatched chicks.
