If my pullets come to maturity during the winter, will they still lay eggs or will they wait until spring?

Hi,

I know that it depends in part on the amount of light they get per day...and the breed of chicken can also dictate the likelihood of consistent winter layers...if you 'dig' around in the learning center and/or used the advance search engine above...you will find facts and opinions that will help you come to a 'norm' for your answer while you await more replies from fellow BYC'ers.
