Wow, I can't believe that its time already. When I found this spring's first goose egg I felt like the world was on its proper course. Yaaay. So its quiche time, right? What does everyone else do with their eggs?

I used 3 of my gooses eggs today for a yummy omelet.

Awesome! I gave one goose egg to each of my egg customers last year, but most people are so thrown off by them. I made a fried goose egg sandwich once, it was amazing becauze even with both sides of the white well done the yolk was still over medium. YUM
