Not unusual to have some funky eggs from new layers,
until the ole egg machine gets all tuned up, which can take up to a month or so.

I have a hen who always lays double yokers. Is thisba good or bad thing? Can it indicate a problem with her ovary?

How long has she been laying?
If it's every day, she will burn out quicker. But there is t anything you can do so just enjoy the eggs

Is this one that started laying in June?
I had a hybrid(high production) mix that laid a lot of doubles her first few months.
Hybrids are more likely to release multiple ova(yolks) and they can 'burn out' younger than other breeds.
But like carlf says, there's not much you can do about it.
