First egg! What should I do?

hello all.. my hen hatched its first egg! i found an egg so what should i do now? do i wait until its done hatching and let it incubate itself or should i store it in a warm place until more eggs are laid and then put everything for the hen to incubate? sorry im new to this so i dont know what to do! and its fertile because i have a rooster in there!

you can just leave it be and let mother nature take care of it i had a hen one time that i let her lay a clutch of eggs and i didnt bother them and just let her take care of them herself, when she became broody and decided to sit them she sat there for 21 days and then they started to hatch one by one and she took care of them and raised them up perfectly fine only a few of the 12 didnt hatch
