First egg!! Yay!!!!

I got up this morning to find that either a silkie or sizzle had laid an egg.Yay!! Not fertilized because they are both hens in that pen.(Probably wont put a rooster in with them until spring, hatching ducks in August and hopefully that is my last until next year. Unless I put a roo in there and decide to sell some hatching eggs)
Anyway, I am over the moon about this!

Congrats!

I got my first egg last friday and have had one everyday since -my chooks are 21 weeks - starting on Monday I have had 2 a day!

The ones laying are Wyandottes and the eggs are sooooooooo small - hoping they get bigger soon!

As a sidenote - - I am also a 'MagsC'! Coincidence!
