First Egg!

I’m so happy! My beautiful EE girl, Robin, layed her first egg! It was cracked and frozen when I found it, but who cares! It’s the first egg! I can’t wait for a non-frozen one that I can eat!

CONGRAT'S, You can eat the frozen one, just thaw it out. However, I thaw the frozen cracked ones and give 'em to my dogs. Dogs love eggs.

Oh! well that's good. I would but it also was opened, and the crack had some poop on it

I throw cracked eggs out to the wildlife, away from the coop mind you...bacteria can get inside cracked eggs so don't ever eat a cracked egg, poop or no poop.
I remember our first egg...It was accidentally dropped.

haha! Well, don't worry, I'm not going to eat it and if I wouldn't eat a cracked store-bought egg, I wouldn't eat one from my dirty coop! (But I will definitely eat uncracked eggs!)
