This morning went to feed and fresh water my chickens. I have 2 coops one for my older girls and 2 boys one for the younger ones. When I bent down to pick up their feeder I saw something I wasnt expecting an egg! 7 of the girls are about 20-21 weeks old. I have to figure out which one is laying. I think it is either one of the naked necks or the australorp as they are the only ones getting red combs and wattles the rest are still small and pink. Anyway that was a nice surprise on such a cold windy day.
